Exchange Court – Covent Garden

The project involved the full refurbishment of this existing 1630’s office building located within the heart of Covent Garden to form 8 No high class Apartments and 1 No Penthouse Apartment. As well as refurbishment of the existing building an additional penthouse floor was constructed.

The apartments are completed to a high specification with all apartments having cast iron radiators sympathetic to the buildings age, comfort cooling to the main living spaces and master bedrooms.

Each apartment is provided with its own high specification commercial combination boiler providing heating and hot water. Water services to each apartment are provided from a communal tank and booster arrangement within the basement plant space ensuring good water pressure to all apartments.

High specification sanitary fittings are provided with dual flush WCs, Vado overhead slim showers, hand showers and 2 way Gessi Via Manzoni shower valves.

LED Lighting is provided throughout with feature skylight panels, niche and recess wall colour change lighting effect and part coffered illuminated ceilings.

Audio Visual provision was provided throughout with a full Sky+HD System to each apartment & music infrastructure.
